This is an updated review of Kelly's Automotive here in Deltona Fl. Please read the entire thing. When I first went to Kelly's it was for them to fix my air conditioning in my car. After they "fixed it" the AC only worked for a day before it wasn't working again. So I took it back for them to tell me that it was going to be hundred of dollars more than what I had already paid the first time. I felt slighted and taken advantage of. Even going as far to say I was ripped off. I confronted the office manager about it to ask for my money back since they didn't fix the car and he did not treat me very nicely. I felt wronged and he only made things worse. BUT...yesterday evening, I got a knock at my home door. I answered it and it was the actual owners of Kelly's auto standing there. They wanted to apologize for how I had been treated. Today I went back to Kelly's where they not only gave me my money back, but also fixed my car's AC....at no cost. I was wrong. And in todays world, admitting you're wrong is nearly unheard of. But I was wrong. I was wrong in thinking that this whole place was not a good place due to one person. But after talking with the owners (a lot) and others there, I feel I had the wrong impression. I now believe Kelly's is the ONLY place I want to take my car to. When I saw how honest, sincere, and caring the owners and the rest of the people working there (minus the one guy), I knew that this place, this automative shop, was the best around and the place I want to do business with. So I recommend anyone to take their car to Kelly's for repair. Ask for Franklin. He's awesome and cares about you as a customer. - Karma S (5 star review found on Google)

I have been going to Kelly's Automotive for well over 10 years. They have always been professional and their work is top notch.
